Minor leg injures may be cause of clots
(KABC) Scientists studied more than 2,400 patients who had blood clots, and more than 3,500 others who did not. They found of those who had a blood clot, 289 had a minor leg injury that did not require surgery, while only about four who did not have a blood clot had some minor injury to the leg.
