Study: Walks may reduce colon cancer risk
(KABC) Researchers at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis say walking just an hour a week seemed to protect against the disease. They followed nearly 80,000 women aged 40-to-65-years-old for 16 years. Those who walked for one hour each week were 31 percent less likely to develop colon cancer.
