Man in taped assault of teen getting out

ORANGE COUNTY (KABC) Haidl and two teenage friends were convicted of the 2002 assault.

Now 22-years-old, Haidl was sentenced to six years in prison, but was given credit for good behavior.

The son of a former Orange County assistant sheriff, Haidl will be on parole for three years.
