MTA bus plows into donut shop near USC

LOS ANGELES The MTA bus collided with a motorist at the intersection of Jefferson Boulevard and Normandie Avenue. Moments later, it plowed into the Donut World shop on the corner.

Firefighters had to secure the structure of the building before the bus could be removed.

No passengers were inside the vehicle at the time of the accident.

Only one victim suffered serious injuries in the crash. Seven others were reported to have minor ailments.
