Carlton Jermaine Davis will have to keep his tongue to himself. A Minneapolis judge has sentenced Davis to five years probation, after Davis was convicted of robbing a woman of her keys and cell phone, then licking her toes. Davis was warned he faces 21 months in prison if he fails to complete his probation.
