ORANGE COUNTY Carona, his wife Deborah, and alleged mistress Debra Hoffman have already pleaded not guilty to a previous indictment in the case. Last week, prosecutors filed transcripts with the court alleging Carona was caught on a wiretap last summer plotting with a former assistant sheriff to lie to a grand jury.
