While some believe the message was harmless, school officials and police say campus security patrols were boosted as a precaution.
No incidents were reported Friday.
Many skip class after message in paper
ANAHEIM Police have increased their presence at Savanna High School ever since the message appeared in the paper's Valentine's Day issue. It said in part, "To Metal Destroyer Militia, remember guys, we all go down 2-22. Let's quit stalling."
