NASHVILLE The worst one: 60-year-old Andy Davis. He's been arrested 416 times.

Police say his wrap sheet dates back to 1982, with crimes ranging from public intoxication to aggravated assault.

Davis is back in jail after allegedly pulling a box cutter on an undercover officer.

It was a felony, but his charges were reduced to a misdemeanor, and he'll be back on the street in less than a year.
