$50K reward for Molotov cocktail arrest
WEST HILLS Someone threw a Molotov cocktail at the Bernard Milken Jewish Community Center in West Hills at 2 a.m. in the morning on Feb. 18. No one was hurt, and the building was not damaged in the fire-bombing.
