Jobs to rebuild Calif. infrastructure

California is launching a new jobs program to help get people off unemployment and rebuild the state's infrastructure.The "I Built It" program will recruit new apprentices for state projects. The apprentices will work as carpenters, iron workers, equipment operators, and masons.

California will need nearly 200,000 apprentices over the next 10-to-12 years. The apprentice programs will pay on average $25 an hour.
