Lawsuit claims Oscar tickets scalped

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has filed a lawsuit against two companies for scalping tickets to this year's Academy Awards.The suit claims two companies, Red Baron Records and Millionaire's Concierge scalped tickets for as much as $85,000 each. The suit claims the head of Millionaire's Concierge offered to sell an undercover investigator two Oscar tickets for $23,000 each.

Guests of the Oscars must sign a contract promising they won't give away or sell their tickets.
