Study: Exercise doesn't help fight depression

A new study shows exercise doesn't help fight depression.The findings challenge previous research which suggests the opposite.

Dutch researchers concluded that people who are most mentally healthy also tend to be active, and that genes not environment, are the most significant factor.

However, psychologists say there's strong evidence which proves that exercise can help ease depression symptoms.
