Larger amounts were given to mothers and those people who seem to be the neediest.
Reverend Chase handed out about $15,000 this Easter.

DOWNTOWN L.A. The Reverend Maurice Chase, who's also known as "Father Dollar Bill", passed out thousands of dollars in $1 bills to the poor and homeless.
