O.C. jail still locked down after 4 days

SANTA ANA Deputies had said the lockdown could be lifted Monday, but on Tuesday, there was no change.

The Santa Ana facility's 1,300 inmates were put under lockdown Friday after a fight broke out between black and Hispanic inmates.

About 100 inmates were involved in the brawl, 11 suffered minor injuries and one was hospitalized.

Once order was restored, inmates were locked in their cells and all weekend visits were cancelled.

During a lockdown, inmates can't receive visitors and are fed in their cells.
