Boyce has accused Rob Lowe's wife, Sheryl, of sexual harassment. She says that Sheryl Lowe sexually harassed her in the time that she was working for the couple.
Laura Boyce alleges in a countersuit, filed Wednesday in a L.A. Superior Court, that she was subjected to sexually offensive and hostile conduct between April and November of 2007, as she took care of the couples children.
"I can tell you that if they thought that because they are rich, powerful and famous that they could strike back against two nannies that were paid $18 an hour or so, who took care of their kids, and worked so many hours and devoted themselves to this family, they are going to find out that they are wrong," said Allred.
Court papers reportedly accuse Sheryl Lowe of walking around naked in front of Boyce. She is also accused of asking her sexual questions and talking about her sex life with her husband.
Boyce had a difficult time speaking when trying to explain her time while she worked for the Lowes.
"I left because I could no longer take Mrs. Lowe's conduct towards me at all. When I left they did not pay me my paycheck. Oh my gosh, I was devastated," said an emotional Boyce.
The Lowes sued Boyce in Los Angeles last month alleging that she violated a confidentiality agreement and disclosed details about her employment with them.
"There lawsuit appeared to be a preemptive strike because the Lowes feared that one or both of their former nannies were about to sue them for sexual harassment and other claims.
Allred also represents Jessica Gibson, who was the first ex-nanny who countersued her former bosses after they also accused her of breaking a confidentiality pact.
As for Boyce, the Lowes claim she is spreading lies about them and trying to damage their reputation.
Lowe, 44, who currently stars in the ABC series "Brothers & Sisters," and his 46-year-old wife, a television and film makeup artist, have been married since July 1991.
