NY company announces meat recall

Poultry and salads affected
NEW YORK U.S. agriculture officials say products from "Gourmet Boutique" may be contaminated with Listeria.

The USDA says it has received no reports of illness, but the bacteria can lead to miscarriages and cause the potentially fatal disease Listeriosis.

The voluntary recall includes fresh meat and poultry salads made between April 19th and the 24th and frozen products produced in 2007.

For more information, call the recall hotline at 347-887-0083.
