A recent study suggested that senior citizens who take commonly prescribed drugs for incontinence, allergy, or high blood pressure, walked more slowly and were less able to take care of themselves than those not taking the drugs.
Researchers say in many cases there are newer drugs with anti-cholinergic properties that don't have these effects.
