Study: Watch sugar intake when pregnant

Being pregnant doesn't mean you can load up on sugar, according to a new study.A study in the New England Journal of Medicine suggests babies born to women with high blood sugar levels have the same health risks as women with diabetes.

These moms-to-be increased their chances of birth complications and caesarian delivery.

Their babies were also more likely to have impaired insulin levels.

Researchers advise women to maintain a healthy weight before and during pregnancy.
