S.F. won't pay tiger attack survivors

SAN FRANCISCO The tiger fatally mauled a friend of Kulbir and Paul Dhaliwal last Christmas.

The brothers are seeking money from the city for what they call serious injuries and emotional harm because of the attack, but San Francisco city attorney Dennis Herrera said their claims should be directed to the San Francisco Zoological Society, which manages the zoo.

The brothers' attorney says he will file a lawsuit against the city.
