Did nurse inject patients with bleach?

Nurse is being held on $200,000 bond
LUFKIN, Texas Police in Lufkin say they have two witnesses who saw 34-year-old Kimberly Saenz use a syringe to inject bleach into the dialysis lines of two patients last month. Both survived, but one had to be hospitalized.

Police say tests showed bleach in the syringes and the dialysis lines.

Saenz is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and is being held on $200,000 bond.

She was fired from the center April 29th , a day after the facility had been shut down by authorities who are investigating the deaths of four patients.
