Calif. to vote on gay marriage, again

A ballot initiative has qualified for the November election after California's Secretary of State announced the initiative's sponsors have collected enough signatures to put the issue to voters.

If passed, it would amend the state constitution to only allow marriage between a man and a woman.

Voters passed a similar proposition back in 2000, but last month, the California Supreme Court legalized gay marriage.

Same sex marriage licenses will be handed out starting June 17.
