Playing between classes at La Serna High School, Natalie sees her beautiful notes leading to beautiful homes for those in need.

"After spending so many years studying at something, if you can put it to use to help other people, that is the best way to show that you have - number one - an unselfish nature," said Natalie.

School officials hear the music and appreciate the motivation it brings.

"It was just one of those things you just knew was the right thing to do. Being able to inspire kids, to really help kids do the things they want to do, to help others, is really a great opportunity for us," said La Serna High School Principal Martin Plourde.

In Natalie's mind, there are many more ways to give, and much more for her to accomplish.

"What I've done is not really - in my opinion - the epitome of what I could do, and I have yet to attain my maximum," said Natalie.

Playing music to entertain some and enrich the lives of others, she is our Cool Kid.
