New evidence reveals why green tea is good for your cardiovascular system.A small study from Greece finds drinking green tea may expand arteries.

Researchers tested volunteers on separate occasions after participants drank either green tea, caffeine or hot water.

Scientists found the brachial artery increased four percent 30 minutes after green tea, but not after drinking the caffeine or hot water.
