The three men inside the car were suspects in a burglary in Norwalk.
The driver finally pulled off the freeway. One of the suspects jumped out near 61st and Hoover. At one point a neighborhood dog began chasing him.
He was eventually arrested, but the other two suspects escaped into the neighborhood and are still at large.
