Convicted sex offender goes on the run

SANTA ANA, Calif. Dante Arnaud, 41, of Santa Ana was found guilty of sexual battery against six women in the maternity ward of Garden Grove Hospital. He worked at the hospital as a blood technician.

Prosecutors said Arnaud was free on bail, but the judge instructed him to remain in the courthouse while the jury deliberated.

Arnaud fled the courtroom just before the jury returned with the guilty verdict.
