King-Harbor staff had criminal records

The L.A. County Board of Supervisors is expected to approve an investigation Tuesday into the failures that allowed former King-Harbor Medical Center employees with criminal records to keep working.The supervisors ordered a report which revealed the county's human resources department didn't take appropriate action against some of the more than 1,600 former King-Harbor employees who had criminal histories they did not disclose.

King-Harbor was shut down last August due to substandard conditions dating back several years
