L.A. gets less money to fight terrorism

Los Angeles will have less money this year to fight terrorism.Last year, the Urban Area Security Initiative gave more than $72 million to the city's anti-terror programs, but this year, L.A. will get just $70.4 million -- a $2 million drop.

The federal program is diverting more money to Houston, New York and San Francisco to pay for equipment and training there.
