It took crews about 20 minutes to douse the flames, and inside, they discovered at least 50 marijuana plants, another 50 seedlings and several pounds of marijuana bagged and ready for shipment.
Authorities said there was also a cabinet filled with ammunition.
Firemen also discovered the building had an elaborate and potentially dangerous, electrical system designed to help grow the marijuana.
