Police say he left his 6-year-old and 6-month-old children in the car for 15 to 20 minutes while he registered his oldest son in school. The temperature inside the car was more than 105 degrees.
A security guard saw the kids and got one of them to open the door.
They went to the hospital but are now in good shape.
