Samoan festival ends in deadly shooting

CARSON, Calif. Dozens had gathered at Victoria County Park for a Samoan Flag Day festival when shots were fired just after 10 p.m. Wednesday.

A security guard exchanged gunfire with one of the suspects, killing him.
