Numbers show highest foreclosure rates

The number of foreclosed properties sold at auction jumped 19 percent last month and is up more than 200 percent compared to a year ago.

According to foreclosureradar.com, Riverside is ranked fourth, behind Merced, Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties in the Central Valley.

In raw numbers, L.A. County had the most foreclosure sales, but it is ranked number 37 per capita.
