Surveillance pictures show Thomas Jeffrey Brooks making withdrawals from ATMs throughout the Southland. He's accused of stealing more than $130,000 in cash and merchandise from the victim.
The kidnapping, identity-theft and now murder suspect is behind bars in Murrieta. Police said Brooks may have victimized other people because of the equipment they found in his San Diego apartment on Friday. Police found computers allegedly used to make fake IDs and credit cards using a number of other identities.
Andrews' family said they are grieving but are happy Brooks is behind bars.
