Kite surfer attempts to ride storm winds

A kite surfer in Miami was hoping to ride the wind from Tropical Storm Fay, but he ended up in the hospital instead.

The strong wind picked him up, slammed him back on the beach, dragged him across the sand and then smacked him into a building.

Bystanders ran over to help the injured man. He was taken to the hospital.
