O.C. elder care agency owners charged

SANTA ANA Wilfredo Ngo and his ex wife Teresa own A-Plus Senior Planning Services. They are charged with hiring at least 40 illegal immigrants to work in 10 Orange County elder care facilities and in private homes.

They're also accused of guiding the illegal immigrants toward dating services so they can marry Americans and stay in the country legally.

The Ngos face 15 years in prison if convicted.
