DOWNEY, Calif. --
Residents in Downey no longer have to boil their water.The order had been lifted for most of the city on Sunday, but a small area in southeast Downey has now been cleared as well. Officials said coliform bacteria had been detected in the water supply. The source of the bacteria still has not been determined.
