Gov. chimes in about weekly exerise

If you've always felt like you're not getting enough exercise. The government agrees. They're stepping up their recommendations.For adults, get 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise or you can cut that time in half by doing 75 minutes of weekly vigorous activity.

For children, the government recommends an hour of daily moderate exercise or vigorous activity three days a week.

Also, regular muscle strengthening exercise for kids and balance exercises for older adults.
