Authorities say divers discovered the missing 26-foot boat on the ocean floor five miles south of the entrance to the Los Angeles Harbor.
Recovery teams will try and refloat the hull on Wednesday morning.
Henry Sanchez, 51 and Penny Avila, 48, were aboard the vessel when it apparently struck a barge off of San Pedro.
