Does overeating put your brain in overdrive? New research suggests it does - but not in a good way.Eating too much at any meal makes your digestive system work harder. But now scientists say overeating may also stimulate an immune pathway in your brain.

Once it's stimulated, your brain puts out the call to fight a problem that's not actually there, and that fake immune response can actually make you sick.

Experts say that reaction is just another reason to make moderation part of your diet.
