Eating quickly will pack on the lbs.

That's according to a study published in the British Medical Journal.

Researchers say so called "speedy" eaters - people who eat quickly until they're full - are three times more likely to be overweight.

The problem is made worse by the availability of fast food, and what some call the "decline of orderly eating habits."
