New weapon found to fight weight

Their method works by coating fat in proteins. That coating slows down enzymes which break down fat. That way the body doesn't digest the fat until it's at the far reaches of the intestines -- and that signals the brain to suppress the appetite.

Researchers say the method could potentially work on any food that contains fat.
