Reward offered after man set on fire

The L.A. City Council is offering $75,000 for information that can help solve a gruesome murder.Fifty-five-year-old John McGraham died earlier this month after being set on fire. The homeless man was a fixture in the Mid-Wilshire District. Witnesses say two men jumped out of a car, poured gasoline onto McGraham, and then set him on fire.
