Study: Diet contributes to sleep problems

If you want good sleep, a new study suggests you might want to stay away from fatty foods.Researchers from Harvard University found that adults who ate foods high in cholesterol and fat were much more likely to have severe sleep apnea.

Sleep apnea is a disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts.

Obesity also raises the risk of apnea, but weight was not a factor in this study.
