Study: Grapes may lower blood pressure

Grapes are more than a healthy snack -- they may lower your blood pressure.Researchers at the University of Michigan say grapes helped lower blood pressure and improve heart function in rats. Those rats were fed a salty diet, which made the researchers even more impressed by the effect of grapes.

Experts think flavonoids found in grapes, green tea, cocoa and tomatoes might be the reason behind the benefit.
