Sentencing postponed in Malibu fire case

Brian Franks, 27, admitted he and his friends were drinking last November when they rekindled a fire at the top of a Malibu hillside. The fire eventually spread, burning 53 homes and injuring six firefighters.

Franks changed his plea from not guilty to no contest last month.

As part of his plea deal, Franks agreed to testify against the four other defendants.
