UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. At least five visitors to the theme park were in a long, steep escalator enclosed in a tube, when the escalator malfunctioned and moved in reverse, causing the visitors to fall.
Four people were treated on scene. Two people were transported to a hospital Monday afternoon.
The escalators will remain closed for the rest of the evening.
