Saks sues customer over its own mistake

Portland, Oregon Employees at the store in Portland, Oregon sold a woman a pair of diamond earrings and a brooch as a set for $28,000, but it turns out they weren't a set and they were really worth $76,000.

When the store called the customer to bring them back or pay more for the jewelry, she refused.

Now, Saks is suing for the price of the brooch.

The issue is raising questions about consumers' rights.
