No charges for trucker in deadly crash

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. According to the L.A. Times, a CHP report says Jose Reyes was driving faster than 65 miles an hour in rainy weather when he crashed in a tunnel near Santa Clarita.

The crash set off a chain reaction crash and sparked a fire that killed two adults, a young child, and injured 10 others.

Prosecutors say no criminal charges were filed against Reyes because of insufficient evidence.

A final report on the crash is expected in january.
