Vitamins C, E may not reduce cancer risk

A study suggests that neither reduces the risk for prostate cancer, or total cancer, in men.

Researchers at Harvard conducted a large, 10-year trial on men in middle age and older. They found no correlation between the vitamins and cancer prevention.
