People who snore may burn more calories

A study at UC San Francisco found people who snore burned around 2,000 more calories a day than people who don't. But snoring is often a result of sleep apnea, a condition closely linked to obesity, and those extra calories burned during the day don't seem to balance the extra weight that often accompanies the condition.
