Lawsuit filed after cops kill O.C. man

ANAHEIM, Calif. Julian Alexander, 20, was fatally shot outside his Anaheim home on October 28 by an officer chasing suspected burglars.

Alexander reportedly heard noises and walked outside with a stick to protect his pregnant wife.

Police said the officer shot him believing he was a burglar.

Alexander's parents allege police fired for no reason and denied their son medical care.
